Refund Policy

Effective 3 October 2026 · Version 2

Everything we sell is digital: a personalised plan and the digital content that comes with it. There is nothing to ship and nothing to send back, so this policy is about money rather than parcels.

1. Refunds and guarantees

Unless required by law or an expressly offered guarantee, payments are non-refundable and unused time is not prorated simply because you cancel or stop using the Service. We may grant additional refunds at our discretion. Contact support@pathwell.me with sufficient purchase information. Cancellation and a refund request are separate actions.

Any guarantee applies under the conditions disclosed for your purchase. Later policy changes do not remove acquired rights. Statutory withdrawal, remedies for non-conforming services and lawful payment disputes remain available.

2. How to ask

Email support@pathwell.me from the address you bought with, and include:

  • the email address on the order, and the date of purchase
  • what you bought
  • the reason you are asking

We confirm receipt, review the request, and tell you the outcome by email. Approved refunds go back to the payment method you paid with — we cannot send money anywhere else — and usually reach you within 14 days, though your bank sets the final timing.

3. Your statutory rights

Where law provides a withdrawal period, you may exercise it through the applicable process, including contacting support@pathwell.me. Any exception for immediate supply applies only when its legal conditions have actually been met. Agreeing to these Terms alone does not establish every separately required consent or acknowledgment.

Do not continue an activity causing concerning symptoms to qualify for a refund. If recommendations or access are restricted for safety, your statutory remedies and any guarantee made at purchase remain available. This does not create an additional automatic prorated-refund entitlement.

4. Chargebacks

If something looks wrong on your statement, write to us before asking your bank to reverse the charge — it is faster, and a bank dispute suspends your access while it runs.

5. Questions

Write to support@pathwell.me. This policy may change; the version on this page is the current one, and the version in force when you bought is the one that applies to that purchase.
