Subscription Terms
Effective 3 October 2026 · Version 2
These terms apply when you buy a subscription from us. They sit alongside our Terms of Service.
1. What you are buying
Your purchase screen identifies the initial price, any introductory or trial period, subsequent charges and renewal interval. By confirming purchase, you authorize the disclosed recurring charges to your selected payment method until cancellation. Access continues for the period you have paid for.
2. Introductory offers and automatic renewal
An introductory offer converts to the subscription disclosed at purchase unless cancelled before that offer ends. Subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed interval. Completing a particular plan does not itself cancel renewal. Separately priced features require a separate purchase; your subscription does not authorize undisclosed additional charges.
3. Payment method
By subscribing you authorise us and our payment provider to store your payment method and to charge it for each renewal, and for any additional product you accept at checkout, until you cancel. If a charge fails we may retry it, and we may suspend your access until it succeeds.
4. How to cancel
Stop future renewals by emailing support@pathwell.me before the current subscription or trial period ends. Use your purchase email where possible, or provide enough information to identify the subscription. An identifiable request is effective when received, not when an agent responds. We will confirm cancellation. Paid access ordinarily continues to the end of the current period. Stopping use does not cancel renewal. Additional legally required cancellation methods remain available.
5. Price changes
Fees may change with reasonable advance notice identifying the new charge and cancellation option. Changes apply prospectively, subject to legally required notice periods and consent. You may cancel before an increase takes effect.
6. Refunds
Our Refund Policy governs refunds.
7. Questions
Write to support@pathwell.me. It is worth keeping a copy of your receipt and of these terms for your own records.
